Won’t stop crashing or freezing when I use it. Very hard to find what school work to work on that day

Please fix this

App keeps getting harder to use. It is no longer showing the student’s grade.

So we use two apps canvas and Edsby so I’m re downloading this app for grades

This app is very misleading. I thought it was to care for my special ed child but it was about school... one star for that one. 😕

I don’t like it it’s really weird jdhvhrhd hysbdnzkzh gush’s Haydn x hahhsb is a great game but it has a little bit more fun and fun for a bit more than the other game I have played and

The main Edsby platform is relatively easy to use (I have some issues that I wish would be fixed with the copy/paste functionality of the planner) and helps me manage my courses. This app gives me none of the functionality that would make it remotely helpful. I can’t access my courses easily, I can’t make plans with it, I get the bare minimum of functions for posting information to my students, and most recently the app gives me a white screen when I search for a student. The white screen won’t go away even after closing the app down. I’ve had to delete and reinstall the app 3 times just tonight. If you’re going to use it for attendance on the go, MAYBE you might find it useful, but if you’re wanting to use it for anything that remotely may help with lesson planning, grading, or communicating with students, stick with the desktop version.

THEY SCAMMED ME AND STOLE MY CREDIT CARD INFO! -10/10 do not recommend

i struggled using this app during online school… but our school switched into a different app cause this one sucked. improve ur app 😹

Edabt never gave me notifications and therefore lead to me being behind in so many of my assignments especially in quarantine

Needs to be improved, constantly is shutting down and freezing, and messages don’t always show up causing assignments to be turned in late.

Notifications are pretty bad there are sometimes when some people just miss the notification witch is why you guys should add an red icon with the number of notifications for that app on iPhone so that way we for sure won’t miss anything I have missed a couple because I have missed the notifications but adding that feature could and will help me along with other student I hope you read this and consider it

I’m a student and I use Edsby everyday. It would be great if the app had push notifications so that I can get notifications whenever my teachers post something new, grade my completed assignments, etc. This app is REALLY slow. I still face issues with the app not loading correctly. I have to wait around 15 minutes just so that it can load ONE page. Sometimes the entire thing crashes and I have to wait hours until I can get back on. The way the app is organized also makes it difficult to find things. I get confused and irritated very quickly. The mobile app kind of lags out and once I try to back out of a page I can’t get back to the previous page I was on. Everything seems just crammed together and makes it hard to navigate. I wouldn’t really recommend but I think the app is OK. However, OK is not good enough for students and teachers who use the app daily.

This app has so many bugs and glitches it’s tremendous how u can’t even do you’re school work my son has trouble with getting on and off and for a mobile device it doesn’t work that good

I absolutely HATE this app. Sure, it does it’s job, but not very well. There are so many bugs and glitches that make it so much harder to do my school work. Overall, I believe this app should be take down.

This is the worst app ever! My children have to use it for school and it is terrible! The work never submits, they can’t talk to their teachers and messages sent from teachers don’t show up! If I could give it lower than 1 star, I would! And my husband and kids can agree! This app should be taken down immediately!

I’m a high school student, I changed schools, and my previous school district used infinite campus, which was wayyyy better and more efficient than this app. Edsby is crazy slow, sometimes it doesn’t even work for days at a time, not just for me but everyone at school. The organization of the app is horrible, and it is almost impossible to figure out how to enable notifications about your grades, otherwise you have to constantly check it to see assignments and grades you completed. It is so glitchy and makes it very hard to communicate with teachers during this whole virtual learning situation. I wish we had a better app to use during this pandemic, because Edsby is NOT the move.

Bad it’s a waste of time

This app gets 2 stars. I can’t use any function!!! I have tried everything I could possibly think of, and nothing will work. I am a student, and need this for school.
